Moderate to intensive training for circus lovers who enjoy challenging themselves. Beyond building flexibility, strength, and learning cool tricks, students can also benefit from increased self-confidence, and learning how to overcome new challenges, especially at the edge of their comfort zone. Emphasis on foundational technique and skills for ground acrobatics. Focus on individual ability as well as some teamwork. All levels are welcome, ages 12 and up.
